Damaged or Defective Items

All products must be inspected upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 5 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date and provide clear photos of:

  • The damaged product
  • The outer packaging
  • Shipping labels

Once verified, we will arrange for replacement parts or a full unit replacement, as applicable.

Damaged items should not be discarded until further instructions are provided.


Non-Quality Related Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons unrelated to product quality.
